Videos
These engaging videos are for children who wish to learn about etiquette and manners from the comfort of their own homes and in their own time. We offer videos on a variety of topics, for children, ages 3 to 18. The clear and instructive video tutorials are led by our experienced and engaging teachers. There are over twenty minutes of informative videos designed for children to enjoy with their parents. The videos are available to purchase individually or in collections.
Webinars
We strive to increase awareness of the need for kindness, compassion, consideration for others and confidence by sharing our knowledge of etiquette and manners. In addition to our online learning videos, we also offer a series of webinars.
These webinars run throughout the year and can be accessed wherever you are in the world. Students have the opportunity to ask questions in real-time with the hosts/teachers. In most cases, we provide a replay of the session shortly after for those who wish to revisit a section or the whole session.
When will the webinar begin?
Each webinar begins promptly at the advertised start time. We ask for all participants to be logged in and ready, with speakers enabled, to the system 5 minutes before.
What happens during the webinar?
After a brief welcome, the webinar host will start a presentation with text, photographs, and diagrams. Accordingly, we ask that you have a large enough screen in order to see this.
Will I be seen or heard during the webinar?
Yes. Depending on the course, you and the webinar hosts will be visible.
If I register for the webinar but cannot attend do, I still get a replay link?
Yes. You will receive the replay links when available to those who participated in the live session as well as those who were unable to attend.
Am I able to ask questions during the webinar?
Yes, this is positively encouraged! There will be a chat function to the webinar window where all live participants may type questions. You may also be asked to take part in a live poll, too.
What technical specifications do I need to join the webinar?
For an optimal experience we suggest watching the webinar on a proper computer, rather than a smartphone or tablet. We recommend Google Chrome or Firefox as the most compatible browsers.
