On a daily basis, young men are bombarded with peer pressure and digital messages that do not always reflect the values and views we would like them to practice. This course is specifically designed to meet the needs of growing young men. It is highly interactive, fun, and in harmony with the growing emphasis on character education and positive self-esteem. At the end of this course, young men can be assured that whatever the future holds for them, they will be able to communicate effectively and represent themselves well! 

The class is divided into three age groups: 6 to 9, 10 to 14 and 15 to 18-year-old; and is age appropriately taught.

• The meaning & importance of manners
• Meetings and greetings
• Proper grooming and posture
• Sportsmanship
• Telephone, email and social networking etiquette
• Respect for self & others
• Manners in public, at home, and school
• Teasing and bullying avoidance
• Table and fine dining etiquette
• How to respond to law enforcement officers
• Helping around the home
• Avoiding the use of foul language, even if others are doing so
• Presentation skills
• Respecting other people’s cultures & beliefs
• Honoring the values of your country
